Y'know how every civilization fits into American, European, Mid East, etc.? What exactly does that game base the civilization off of if you select "none?" How would you choose which city graphics this country used?

Argh, dammit, wrong forum. Sorry.

Hergiswi, I think you hit the right forum :) [edited after reading Stormrage´s post:]now ;).

Culture group "none" is the culture group for the Barbarians. If you give it to a regular civ a lot of facts are unknown. First you receive a weird error message (this is the title of a related thread: http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=177474) and the game crashes like AlCosta told you.Than, after adding some missing sound files, you get a terrible sound if you want to play that "culture-none-civ" => so best if want to experiment with this is to turn off the sound. This and some other observations I made, can be read here: http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=171117&page=3

Yeah, I realized it after I posted the topic. =P

So, I guess there's no way to give one specific civilization unique city graphics? I mean, I guess I could take all of the, say, Mid East civilizations and make them something different, but I'd rather not if I didn't have to.

Thanks for the help, by the way.

I see two ways to give one specific civ unique city graphics:

1. That civ is the only one for that culture group.
2. On fixed maps you can use the "invisible city methode". So you can have individual graphics for each city. The backside is, that these citygraphics only have the size of resource files (as they are resource files).
