So when DO they change the RNG pool? How come going back 5 turns resets it? I wasn't getting the same thing every time when I went back to 1896 or whatever... but maybe I was doing something slightly differently every time?
I don't know all ,but combat and autoexplore do use the RNG ( and missionary usage too, I think ) .... I think that normal civ housekeeping normally don't use the RNG.
