C:\Users\(My Name)\Documents\My Games\Warlords\MODS

Then i unzip it to the same spot, and it loads it as a mod just the map isnt there.

That is not the correct location for the unzipped files to be placed.

That is where your saved game data and your personalized config data will be stored.

You want to use a location which is similar to:

C:\Program Files\Firaxis Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 4\Beyond the Sword\Mods

nevermind, i figured it out. It was in the right place, but i didnt remove the actual Rhye's and Fall of Civilizations from the downloaded folder that i unziped. sry for the trouble im playing now

(Might not be the appropriate location)

Rhye- was making the min distance between cities 1 tile a simple mode, just changing a value in python? I'd like to try a game like that.

When looking at civics and stability, while using Christo Redendor (no anarchy when switching civics) why am I 2star civics while running US, FS, emancipation, FR and Commonwealth? I switched from Representation last turn.

Playing as Ethiopia with 8 cities only in Africa. Been tough to stay stable with 1-2 stars in economy the WHOLE game.

There is a temporary stability penalty when switching to Universal Suffrage. I think this is lessened by coming via Representation, but it still applies.

Originally when switching from Rep to US there was no stability hit. Has this changed?

I thought it was just minimized if you came from Representation, but I could be incorrect.

You would have been experiencing a stability penalty for running more than 3 cities with Representation though, and this may not immediately be removed by switching out to US.

There are so many intricacies of stability that make no sense! I gave up on the Democratic method and cracked the whip of police state/nationalism. Immediately, my civ went from collapsing and droping to shaky and rising.

When all was looking up, Per Widget (or whatever its called I usually rename it Alexandria) declared independance. Explain THAT one to me?

Cities may declare independence after you have been anything less than stable for a period of time.

I was playing Greece on Emperor just recently and was unstable/collapsing in HR/Slavery/Pacifism (and the defaults in other categories). Then I changed from Barbarism to Vassalage and immediately moved up to Shaky, which after the brief anarchy instability then moved to Stable.

That was an amazing difference just by changing one civic.

Just be sure your great scientist doesn't bulb Education too soon to destroy your medieval stability with HR/vassalage.

I really cant do Greece! Everytime i try, i either get blown away by barbs:sad::sad:, or if i focas on getting the wall, just get killed by everyone elts until i colapse!:mad::mad: This mod is hard.

I didn't get that far down the tech tree when I finished the Greek UHV on emperor. I plan to update the wiki shortly with the Emperor strategy that I used.

Wr4th is absolutely correct, you need to raze Delhi from the outset. Then it isn't a walk in the park, but there are not too many unusual needs to complete the UHV.

If I download the new BtS patch, will I still be able to play RFC or will it affect the game?

i just tryed to load my RFC game and it just said 'load failed' so i take it as it doesnt work with the latest patch
