Is there a number to tell you how stable you are? The stars dont always mean alot, i had 3 in each of them and then out of nowhere collapsed into a civil war!!!!!!!! :(
 
next to your score theres line and dot over it, if dot is in the 'hole' your stability is high, if line is stright, your stablility is average, and if dot is on 'hill' your cities may revolt and you risk civil war. besides there's written desription of your stability in 'internal advisor' window.

I hope I've written it clearly, cos my english skill is quite basic, and had problems how to writte it.

BTW Thx JEELEN, I made experiment razing/keeping cities, and it seems that you're right. Oh, and thx for wellcoming :). I got few ideas concerning wiki guides of civs I've done, so when I'll do what necessary to not get thrown away from university I'll write some more.

BTW 2: Since I haven't wrote it yet awsome mod, can't wait for this RAND version I've been reading of.
 
Whenever I try to load RFC it loads to the point of XML and then I get about 20 error messages, something about various worker improvements and then Mr. Civ4 dies :( I have the latest version of Civ 4 and I tried deleting my custom assets folder as the FAQ suggested, can anyone help me out :( I really want to try this mod.
Ps I have just normal Civ 4 and I'm installing "vanilla" version of RFC
 
Are you sure you've updated to the latest patch? Go to Advanced, and check for updates. Then try. Also, make sure that you put the mod into your "Mods" folder.
 
What is the direct link that will allow me to download RFC update 3.17? and what does the update do? I already have the unlocked update 1.180 or something like that.:confused:
 
3.17 is a patch of Civilization program, not the RFC patch.
 
so after update 1.180 (or something like that, the update that allows you to unlock america) are their anymore other updates for RFC??
oh and can i unlock the byzantines to play during the game. Sorry for all the questions!

Not true strictly: my most recent Carthage game, I saw an independent Brennus as late as 1800 until the Russians conquered Ireland. Of course you can't play Brennus.

Gifting cities doesn't "cut out" at a certain point. You haven't suddenly lost the ability.

Rather, cities can only ever be gifted to certain civs. From my experience, Inca can receive any city in South America for instance. Aztec and United States can receive any city in North America. Mali can receive any city in Africa. Khmer can receive any city in Asia.

So you might just have noticed that the first cities you were trying to gift to your vassal(s) worked but then you tried to do the same thing for a city on a different continent and it didn't work. That's not because anything changed suddenly though. If the gift wasn't an option just recently in your game, it wouldn't have worked earlier either.
