Both the results from ProPain and Oystein seemed to focus on land units,
including bombard units. Should I assume that the air and sea units
are treated the same?

Yes (I assume so, at least).

Is happiness in a city calculated before a build occurs?
The full interturn sequence I know is gold, happiness, food, shields, culture.

I know the air units are the same as artillery to the AI, I'm not sure about the ships.

Is it possible to modify the number of turns or just the years that show up in the game? And if so, what file needs to be modded?

In C3C (conquest) you can change the number of turn and go to 1000. I know it was not in vanilla, but I am not sure about PTW.

I'll post my question again, since the bottom of the page ate it:

Ok I got a question about drafting. If I flag two units with draft that are available at the same time, what happens? Does the game just go crazy and shut down, or will it randomly draft one of the units flagged, or will it ask me when I draft?

Cheaper one, I think. Not sure tho.

Cheezy, just try it and let us know what happens. ;)

@vmxa - There was a .ini switch for Vanilla to make the game 1000 turns. I think it's Turns=XX, where XX = number of desired turns.

They're gone. But sometimes it's better to trade for that tech and lose the beakers than to wait and finish it yourself. Especially if you're playing catch-up.

Turn Limit=540 is the default. I do not know when it was implemented.

If I'm researching a tech and then trade for it, what happens to my accumulated beakers? Can I transfer them to my next research project, or are they just lost?
The research you've put into the tech reduces the cost in trading, so I wouldn't call it losing the beakers.

If you capture a science wonder in a totally corrupt city - will this city have any influence at all on your science 'rate'?
