Thank You, TheOverseer714 and vmxa for the answers.
Bombers in ptw are not lethal. Maybe I should not build them at all. That they might be somehow better in action, when built in an airport town, is in my mind touching the analogy of the artilleries and I am worried, because I build those in my no-barracks towns.
I thought about a way tonight how to defend my long dschungle coastline, where there are no cities. Up to now I have only a railroad one square away from the water running around my big peninsula. So the opponent can not destroy the railroad first by hitting it with ships, and after the communication is destroyed, will land in the middle and I am faced with a problem. I guess he will come with maybe 10 galleons at once. So all my artilleries will be in action one turn long and he will attack sensible areas in my core simultaneously. My idea is now to keep a settler ready to build a town right in front of his landed troups. He will not be able to found a city! and can not move fast away. I have one turn more time to deal with them.
Another thought. Ships are really dangerous for the one, who owns them and runs democracy (at least should be in theory). Because when I shoot the ships down to one health bar with artillery, they have a long way home and in every turn 2 WWPs are recieved!
