Bye bye Nukes![]()
Wow, I never knew that!Theoden said:If the manhatten project was destroyed it can't be rebuilt, and no one will be able to build nukes anymore in that game.
In all my years of playing civ3, I've never once destroyed the city with The Manhattan Project. Most of the time because I'm the one to build it.
But even on the odd occasion when the AI manages to get it before me, I never usually raze cities - so if I capture the city it was built in, it just becomes mine. Thanks for that, Theoden - I learnt something knew today!
(Actually, thinking again, I suppose there COULD be sensible way to do it... if you have a spare Leader/Scientific Leader lying around to rush TMP in a worthless city.

Oh well i never really destroy cities like that anyway
Yeah- I noticed that. Kinda makes Radar superfluous when it is available - almopst not worth the upgrade to Aegis for cruisers. Thanks!Theoden said:When fortified, ships do not get any defensive bonus, but they get a three square vision radius if they were fortified at the start of the current turn. So it can be valuable to fortify ships in certain cases.
