Quick Q: is this Petra and is it done allready?

I want to conquer Theben, but I am unsure if that Petra is allready done. Else I would like them to finish it for me first
I looked into the notification log and couldnt find a msg about petra being completed, but then the log only goes back for a few turns.

Can anyone tell from the pic if its done for sure? I know sometimes the wonders show 'half done' before they complete.

The stone arch over Petra should be complete, not broken as seen in the picture.

diplomacy overview tab -> Global politics. You can tell what all wonders are owned by what civ.

It will only be listed if it's fully built. It doesn't guarantee that it is in the city you are targeting but for petra you can look at the land and deduct.

If you add tile yield on all tiles you will also see the petra effect once it's built so it is currently not built based one your tile yield mouseover.

I would beeline Acoustics or Printing, attempt the Sistine and/or do the combo GE+Leaning+GE+Eiffel.
And then you conquer Thebes!
