Quick Questions and Answers

How often does a AI who has a friendly relationship with the player share intrigue with them? I don't think I've ever had this happen to me in all my playthroughs, and I'm wondering if the achievement for sharing back my own intrigue with an AI that has shared intrigue with me before is far more at the fickle mercy of the RNG than I had thought.
 
Anyone have a link to a Direct Download for any of DuskJockey's Civ V Mods? I see they were all removed from Steam so if anyone has saved a copy of them that they would like to share, I would really appreciate it. :)

Does the Medic +1 Heal stack?

1. If I have a unit surrounded by three units with +1 HP Medic promotion (and it needs healing) will it heal +3 HPs from the surrounding Medic units?

2. For an adjacent unit to receive the +1 Medic healing... must the adjacent unit -- and/or the Medic unit -- not move that turn?

3. Is there some max heal limit? Or does having March (+1 heal with move) negate the +1 Medic healing?

Can I culture bomb and get the benefit of a luxury tile that is 4 tiles from my city?

That is, if there's a new luxury tile 4 tiles from my city, can I culture bomb acquire the tile and get the luxury?

EDIT: I found out the answer is yes. Once you improve the luxury tile it will give you the benefit of the new luxury, but you just can't work the tile.
