I don't think this is possible although I'm no expert.Does anyone know if there is a way to upgrade all units at same time? Thanks

(2) Vox Populi includes City-State Diplomacy and C4DF.When you install Vox Populi, you have the option to just install the community patch.

InHi everyone
With the new patch coming out today, it fixed a bug with unlimited exp from barbarians (which I considered a great feature in my games). How would I change it so I can keep getting unlimited exp from barbarians on the new patch?
On this line:MODS/(2) Vox Populi/Balance Changes/CoreDefines.sql
UPDATE Defines SET Value = '45' WHERE Name = 'BARBARIAN_MAX_XP_VALUE';
Thank you!In

What exactly would need to be deleted? I deleted everything but the C4DF folder and it doesn't seem to work? I really want to get the community patch with just C4DF alone.Yes, it's possible. Will require going through the (2) Vox Populi folder and deleting everything that doesn't have to do with the CSD/C4DF
Don't think this can be done without modifications to the DLL.What exactly would need to be deleted? I deleted everything but the C4DF folder and it doesn't seem to work? I really want to get the community patch with just C4DF alone.
2 each. Wiki text is outdated.What is the formula for happiness from luxuries?
The wiki formula seems to be different than what I'm seeing in game.
"New to Vox Populi, the happiness provided by Luxaries scales with era and with the size of your empire. Each Luxury starts with a base of 2 happiness. They give 1 additional happiness for every 5 cities you've founded, and get a small boost each time you enter a new era."
I can't raze a city after puppeting it for a few turns? Is this intended or a bug? It's from the Inuit (modded civ)
Check Display Yields for Civilian Units in Civ 5 options menuI have a bug on the display of monopoly bonuses, see pix attached. I posted it on Github with no luck so far, so trying here in case someone had the same issue. I reinstalled the mod (previous and new patch), and the base game, and still have it.
Thanks for your help!
