When you install Vox Populi, you have the option to just install the community patch.
read this.
(2) Vox Populi includes City-State Diplomacy and C4DF.

You cannot run either with Community Patch only.

Hi everyone

With the new patch coming out today, it fixed a bug with unlimited exp from barbarians (which I considered a great feature in my games). How would I change it so I can keep getting unlimited exp from barbarians on the new patch?

In
MODS/(2) Vox Populi/Balance Changes/CoreDefines.sql
On this line:
Code:
UPDATE Defines SET Value = '45' WHERE Name = 'BARBARIAN_MAX_XP_VALUE';
Change 45 to -1.

Yes, it's possible. Will require going through the (2) Vox Populi folder and deleting everything that doesn't have to do with the CSD/C4DF
What exactly would need to be deleted? I deleted everything but the C4DF folder and it doesn't seem to work? I really want to get the community patch with just C4DF alone.

What is the formula for happiness from luxuries?

The wiki formula seems to be different than what I'm seeing in game.
"New to Vox Populi, the happiness provided by Luxaries scales with era and with the size of your empire. Each Luxury starts with a base of 2 happiness. They give 1 additional happiness for every 5 cities you've founded, and get a small boost each time you enter a new era."

Don't think this can be done without modifications to the DLL.

2 each. Wiki text is outdated.

Is there a way to export a 3.0.4 initializing save and import it in 3.2.2? Maybe some kind of map editor?

There are only units on the map, no cities or barbarian camps, no improvments.

I like the starting position, the color scheme of the landscape, the general location of resources, opponents, and I don’t want to go through dozens of initial generations.

I can't raze a city after puppeting it for a few turns? Is this intended or a bug? It's from the Inuit (modded civ)

Puppets cannot be burned. Also, city-states and capitals cannot be burned. Burning requires taking the city under direct control (annexation) and receiving all the unhappines penalties.

Anyone knows how the AI decides on which city to send a trade route to? Thanks!

I have a bug on the display of monopoly bonuses, see pix attached. I posted it on Github with no luck so far, so trying here in case someone had the same issue. I reinstalled the mod (previous and new patch), and the base game, and still have it.
Thanks for your help!

Hello sorry if it's been asked before but can I make a simple map scenario I made with TSL compatible with vox populi? I crash to desktop whenever I try to load it. No other mods used.

Does anyone know how the formula for the penalty due to low population for tributing (and annexing with Rome) work? It seems to go straight from -100 to 0. Thanks!
