I'm sorry, I just hate it when people complain about quorums.
Again, I encourage everybody to look at the use of quick polls. These polls would require only 12 votes, without any prior discussion. Please refer to Section H.4 of the CoS.
So which type of poll is appropriate when? Could the judges post a decission help? I believe quick polls will not be appropriate for mayor decissions (if not so, why would we use something else anyways?)
Sounds to me like quick polls are only used when a department leader forgets to post the poll beforehand. Which makes it even more screwed up. We need to start trying to make are consititution more specific now.
