Which XML-file contains the quotes that appear when discovering new technologies?

In Civ4TechInfos there's a tag way at the bottom of each tech like this:

<Quote>TXT_KEY_TECH_MYSTICISM_QUOTE</Quote>

The TXT_KEY part is then found in the appropriate XML file in the Text folder.

I know that but I can't find the text file in the text-folder where the quotes are!
