I as a Brazil captured the city Saragosa from Spain, and AI created an emergency vs me including Egypt and Spain. The emergency's goal was to recapture the city from me, and I kept holding the city, until 15turn before the emergency ended I get the message that I failed, and both Spain and Egypt got gold and rewards. I am thinking that it could be bug because either
1) I made a peace with both Spain and Egypt after few turns that I captured the city
2) the city revolted and became free city, once on 35th turn before emergency ended, but I recaptured again on the same turn (If this is the case, then why I got the fail message only on 15th turn)
