Should be Currency in my view. Literature is absolute folly IMNSHO.

I would go for literature now that 100K looks likely. I believe that libraries are the most important cultural build fo this VC. If there is a run-off I will vote literature.

There should be no run off here, I think Map Making got strong support, and Culture is very focussed on getting the Lighthouse for our overseas expansion.
