It's absolutely worth buying, especially if you have multiple PCs in your home. Very fun times can be had by playing this in multiplayer over your LAN!

I bought if off of Stardock's Impulse. It was already patched when I got it and so far I've run into practically no bugs. Occasionally I get a minor graphical glitch, maybe.
