I get random lag in civilization. I will have low frame rates out of nowhere for a minute or two and magically, the frame rates jump up. It's not a certain amount of detail on the screen that's causing it. I will have the lag looking at my whole civilization and all of it's units, then out of nowhere the lag just goes away.
Anybody experience this?
