IMO, those restrictions are always pointless and they just encourage people to break the law on behalf of some other people. Same thing with marijuana dealers as well, but that's another story.

I see how that kind of makes sense. If you were 18, you would most likely still be in High school and could buy alcohol for your peers. However if you are 19 you would most likely be in college and not hanging out with high schoolers. This makes some sense, but overall I think 18 makes much more sense than 21 does.

To scale? That seems like an uncalled for level of accuracy, and more labor intensive that a drawing of world 1-1 should be.
