Ranking with CGOTM(C3C) and GOTM (PTW)

The rankings are not supposed to show who is the better player. They are supposed to show who ranks higher (or lower) at a certain time point. Besides, there is award page as well. And persistence and participation should be also awarded somehow even if there is no brilliance.
