@Olaf Thats probably because CFC has a really small avatar file size limit. It's likely that it's over that limit as a png. Use PNGCrush to lower the file size. If that doesn't work, convert it to a gif (and unfortunately lose the transparency feathering) and you should have a low enough file size. I had the same problem with my pony.
