More or less like this:

So now I have to do a new quiver, or at least turn it into a back-strapped one. Any comments?

What about this new one? I've also strapped on my Caturday costume and tinkered with the kuttar and pahari.

The pahari feels wrong, perhaps the blade should be longer.

The arrow crossing the bow looks reasonable. The kattar is much better now. I can't give an honest assessment on the pahari since both pictures show it at an oblique angle. Maybe it's time to go back & look at some real paharis again?

Hey, I didn't have that photo before. All I had was sandrisswords.jpg. Nice!

Well, now you have. :)
I've subscribed to it.

Here's the pahari as it is.

Judging by the tiny bit of the hand I can see the grip looks right on the edge between too small & just right. The blade may be the length of the forearm - which would be a good length. The guards are so thin that they are going to be invisible in game I now realize. Props need thickness exaggerated to look proper in the game. The same may be true of the bow.

In your next preview if you place the sword just like this with the hand (including the whole arm) rotated to show the palm flat on I will best be able to judge sizes. A second sword rotated 90° to show the length of the edge would be even more ideal.

Hummm, like this, you mean?

I left half of the pommel unchanged to make the change more obvious. But I think it won't show in civ-scale, though it can be useful for tech and unit pedia icons.

Compare older (left) with new one, scaled 1.3 along its length except for pommel

OK, back in the game. Today is St Shield's Day.

Do you want me to do any of these?
Otherwise we'll skip straight to the armor, beginning with da helmet.

Is the ratha itself done? Like it's a postable model? PM it to me so I can have a look in Blender. If it looks okay I can start work on UV maps for it.

Try a static render (all grey textures is fine) of the pdm with the bow & other weapons. At game scale. Let's see if the proportions on the weapons you've made look ok at that scale. Then we'll know if further props are going to be fine with the same proportions before you get too deep into the modelling.

They look adequately proportioned in-model, but at game-scale the arrows and shortswords will be pretty nigh invisible. I'll simply have to make them overlarge. Check yer PM inbox.

When you adjust them the thickness of blades will probably need to be even more exaggerated than the rest of the weapons. You might take a look at some of the props that are around for the paperdoll to get an idea of how much to exaggerate.

I emailed the model file to Blue Monkey a few weeks ago, it's in his hands now.

That shawarma looks delicious...

Has any progress been made on this? Or is this dead?
We've been working a while by pm.

As T. said, I've had the file - has it really been that long? If it wasn't for RL, it would probably have the final tweaks & be posted by now.
