With Nationalism we can make use of cops in a few food heavy towns to boost income, so make the swaps needed and pick up three more gpt. Not much but the uncorrupted gold is more useful than tax revenue. Rush a 'duct in Prague to get the population up to working the improved terrain and to help with our unit costs.
There are at least a couple of customers for loans but the best I can do is negative interest rates.
Hussars are 110spt and Grenzers are 70 so I need to focus on getting 22spt or 14spt wherever I can. Some more citizen reassignment and Vienna will do 22spt and Salzburg gets a growth spurt. Salzburg needs worker turns to get really productive though.
Turns out the Turk Sipahi were heading for Naples as the sign an alliance with the Spanish and attack down the boot of Italy. Then the Turks sign up with France against Great Britain.
The French need money and extort 44g and our Territory Map.

Sweden and Spain sign Protection Pact for which the Spaniard paid 1000g, and Sweden uses it to upgrade a bunch of units.
Spain wants an embargo agianst the Portugese. Not right now Carlos.
Sweden declares on the British. The Brits have Seapower now.

We have 12 cities and 16 very productive workers. It may be time to shut off the worker farm and get some military out of Warsaw.
Prussia now joins the war against the French. Our opportunity is coming.

All of a sudden everybody in the world has learned Medicine.
THe British are broke and will sell Medicine for a nice discount @80gpt. There is a possibility to use it to acquire Seapower from the French which would be a nice addition to our inventory for trading for Artillery Tactics.
With Prussia and the Ottomans embroiled in warfare in the west I think we will soon have a nice opening to go up against the Prussians.Napolean will pay us for an alliance, or give up tech for a Protection pact.
We can now mobilize our economy for a production boost. Something to consider even in peace time, especially if we think we want to take on the Prussians soon.
Vienna can do Hussars in 5 now and Cracow needs one more citizen to get there. Budapest will make a nice Grenzer producer once the bank finsihes in three. With another citizen and some mining work Salzburg will also make a nice Grenzer trainer. Prague and Zagreb are bang for training Grenzers, and Lvov is getting close. Venice needs a hill mined mined but the Turks have been blocking access.
The short of it is that we have some very productive cities now, so we can really crank out the military and the gold.

It looks like We are closing in on D-Day. I'm still leaning to attacking Prussia first. If they are at war with France, I doubt they will have any numbers to send south. Lets get enough troops to take Konisberg and Frankfort on the same turn and then march on their core. The tricky part is identifying any MPP the Prussians may have and how that may affect our timing.

[0] September 1803 - Preflight check. We're getting close to the Day, but it's not quite there yet. Few too many underdefended towns (Warsaw), and a couple three too few Hussars for my taste.
Russia will do Medicine for 70gpt + 10g.

We kill 5 fusiliers in Konigsberg losing 1 hussar. Still Fusiliers left though, and our stack is injured. Not going well there. Grand Batteries go 8 out of 8 again. Kill all 5 Cuirasseurs at Prague. A couple of promotions to elite.

Well, luck didn't go our way at Konigsberg. However, the Prussians are officially gassed for attack units. I have left the next player lots of grand batteries, Grenzers and Hussars in Prague. You can move on Leipzig soon. We are still at Konigsberg, with a lot of hussars covered by a Grenzer, but nearly all are injured.

Hussars and Grenzers move towards Konigsberg.

9 cuirasseurs move next to Prague. 1 cuirasseur attacks Warsaw and dies on our Grenzer. 2 cuirasseurs attack our hussar stack and both die. Our GA kicks off. MM Vienna to 55spt, which is a hussar in 2. Impressive!
Turn 3: Jul, 1805 AD
The Grand batteries go 8 from 8 in Prague. Most Cuirasseurs have a HP off.
Hussars mop up 4 damaged cuirasseurs. Move stack next to Konigsberg.

Ouch. 7 Hussars attack our stack of Hussars and Grenzers by Konigsberg. We kill 4 of them, but lose 2 hussars and a grenzer. More cuirasseurs move next to Prague, but less than last turn.
Turn 4: Sep, 1805 AD
We kill 5 fusiliers in Konigsberg losing 1 hussar. Still Fusiliers left though, and our stack is injured. Not going well there. Grand Batteries go 8 out of 8 again. Kill all 5 Cuirasseurs at Prague. A couple of promotions to elite.

Lose one Hussar, but kill 3 cuirasseurs on defence. Russia declare on Denmark and Spain.
Turn 5: Nov, 1805 AD
Only 2 units by prague this turn, bombarded then destroyed.
I am regrouping a bit here.

Only one cuirasseur attack this turn. The Prussians are gassed, all out of cuirasseurs. We fend it off, and it retreats.
Turn 6: Jan, 1805 AD
Bombard Fusilier by Prague, killed by Hussar. About my 10th elite attack that one, no luck yet.

Buy General Education from Ottomans and include an RoP for 55gpt. It's a tech we can't use right now but it helps cover out hind end from a cranky Turk and gets his troops moving across our territory instead of clogging up the roads.
Sell Medicine to the Swedes for 257g, then spend it on Grenzers.
Grand Batteries at Prague perform beautifully making Prussians curaissiers into dog food precursors and two Hussars slice them up and put them in cans.
Move batteries and covering Grenzers and Hussars to start tearing up the countryside at Leipzig.
Move troops at Konigsberg back into forest.
Britain joins Prussia in a trade embargo against us.
Russia joins Britain against the French.
Prussia joins Britain against the French.
The British destroy the Danes.
The Boots and Saddles survivors at Konigsberg go 2 for 1 against Prussia's curaissiers.

Going to take chance here as I don't want the Prussians to join Russia against us, so I sign an RoP with Alexander and ship him gems.We have an extra source in the south which will hook up shortly.
Then send 70gpt to Britain for Sanitation, then replace the gems with a 25gpt deal with the Ottomans. The net result is we owe everybody except the French and Swedes money or goods.
Pull the wounded hussars back from Konigsberg to heal in our territory and await batteries and Grenzers.
Send batteries, hussars and Grenzers to invest Leipzig and a Prussian iron source.
Send Code Civil to Naples for small change.

Bombard Leipzig.

Shell Leipzig until the last defender is wounded. Four Hussar attacks capture the city, no losses.
The King of Naples joins with Prussia against us.
Sweden signs a trade embargo with Prussia against us.
Portugal and Ottomans ally against Russia.
5-Nov 1806
Consolidate hold on Leipzig and move on Berlin.
Watch the Spanish and French battle the Russians on our western border. The Spanish are driven from the field, the Russinas and French fight each other to a standstill.
Spain joins France against Britain.
6-Jan 1807
Move forces on Berlin and attempt to seal the border at Leipzig.
Move forces toward Konigsberg.
