I know this is a dumb question, but I have to ask. I want Civ V the day it is released, but I want to support this site as it has been a huge help to me. If I order through the site will civfanatics get a fee? Please let me know, if they don't get a fee, I will just buy at a store. Thank you.

As far as I know, yes, when you order through the homepage/marketplace Amazon contributes to the CFC. At least that was my understanding when I ordered CivRev here.
