Reduce size of districts/wonders/tile improvements, etc. - Is it possible?

I've not been able to find any mods or any interest in making the map look less cluttered and more natural. Is it possible to shrink down the graphical sizes of roads, wonders and districts/improvements or re-position them on tiles so the whole map doesn't end up looking like a big spam of noodley farms, blocks of buildings, and mines??
