Reindeer, Camels and Elephants, oh my!

I would love to Horses be changed to Strategic Mounts and have them appear in a wider variety of places on the map. To do that, I'd like to see new Strategic Resource tiles that give the generic Strategic Mount resource. These would be Reindeer in Tundra tiles, Camels in Desert tiles, Elephants in Rainforest/Woods tiles and of course Horses in flat Grasslands/Plains.

If this were to happen then there would be a much fairer amount of these resources in maps that are heavily weighted to be warmer, colder or wetter.
