I've seen online stores in Sweden mentioning October 21st as well, so hopefully that's the date to look forward too.

on Conquests there are alot of good Scandanavian players- think they had an international event on the ladder (league) and Canada and Scandos fared well if i can remember correctly- the U.S did not win but that was because they did not have the Southern U.S. represented .
