Replace city-state when a Civ is enabled

Okay, so here's the deal, I am the proud author of the Portugal and Belgium mods. My issue is that Brussels and Lisbon still spawn in-game. I'd like to replace those two when my Civs are enabled. Maybe replace Lisbon with Tripoli and Brussels with Dublin. if anyone could help that'd be awesome. I'd also like to change their TSL on YnAEMP by Gedemon, if possible.

Take a look at my Canada civ, which replaces Toronto with Stanley.

I took a look at your mod. It seems on your ModSupport folder you've named the City-State "TORONOT" when I load my game Lisbon still spawns right next to me so I was wondering if Lisbon has a different spelling I should be using, thanks.

I was able to change Lisbon to Tripoli though, so it's still kinda successful.
