Replacing Geneva

I'm working on a mod to add Switzerland as a playable civilization, and seeing as how Geneva is very much a part of Switzerland, I thought it'd be a nice touch to replace the city-state Geneva with something new. (Though I do have fond memories of my Civ5 War of the Three Zürichs).

The thing is I have no idea what would make a good replacement to carry on Geneva's city-state bonus: "Your cities earn +15% bonus Science output when you are not at war with any civilization."

I've been trying to ponder over famous peaceful or international centers of learning. Any culture or era would do, methinks, as long as it follows its theme of peace and learning. Anyone have any suggestions?

Here's a list of neutral countries:

Here's a list of countries without armed forces:

Some contenders might be Copenhagen, Luxembourg, Vaduz (Liechtenstein).

Also note that YnAMP mod adds ethnicity/culture values to city-states (as part of the culturally-linked starts feature of that mod). So it would probably easiest to make it another EURO city-state.

Those are some neat suggestions, thanks! I had a friend who also mentioned Liechtenstein when I brought up the idea. So maybe that'll be the direction I'll look in. But, I'll give each of those some research.

Copenhagen is the biggest/most significant of the three I mentioned, being the capital of Denmark. However, Denmark was part of Viking lands, so perhaps makes less sense for a pacifist bonus. Luxembourg is bigger than Liechtenstein. Since the game uses city rather than country names, Liechtenstein would be properly represented by its capital Vaduz. Luxembourg's capital is Luxembourg or Luxembourg City.

I'd probably go for Luxembourg.
