Replay Crash/Doesn't Work

Just finished my game with a culture victory, when I tried to load the replay it crashed. I reloaded and tried again and it just doesn't work - nothing to play

I have the save but...

I played through twice to a cultural victory. Selected replay from the victory screen and the game didn't crash. Suggest that you verify your game cache (Steam --> Library --> Right-click Sid Meier's Civilization 5 --> Properties --> Local Files --> Verify Integrity of Game Cache) and, if necessary, update your video drivers. If that doesn't help, lower your video settings and toggle between DX 9/DX 11.
