Replay in Warlord 2.08 broken

I'm playing Warlords 2.08 with the BetterAI mod loaded as CustomAssets.

When ending my games, there is no replay available. Also the Replay folder is empty all the time. Disabling BetterAI doesn't change a thing.

Is this a bug someone else has seen? Is there a setting in the .ini file I might have changed accidently which causes this behaviour?

you mean the autosave? yeah if you had altered the .ini then it could be messed up

Actually not the autosave. I changed this to create a savegame every turn with a maximum of 500 and it works fine.

The problem is the Replay which is in a different folder. Is there a way to change this in the .ini anyway?

I've made a fresh install of everything and play a new game. I'll keep you posted if the problem continues.

Really weird... it's still not working. I tried it now with a new, clean install. With and without Better AI. And still the best thing I can find is a zero byte file in the replay folder. Most of the time, even that is not there.

I might have one clue where to look at. From time to time I get an error report from the Internet Explorer 7 while playing CIV. Seems there is a problem and Windows sends a error report to Microsoft.

Does anyone else know these problems?

BTW - the same missing replay occurs on my laptop...
