Report button disabled?

Hi,

I tried to report Spam, and got a "You do not have sufficient permission" message.

Intended? Do you not want me to be able to Report?

Was it in an open thread or a locked thread? (I have no idea if that makes a difference)

I suspect someone on staff deleted the post just before @tetley reported it (I'm caught up with the situation; someone went on a spamming spree).
