Request: City View mod

Civinator pointed out in his CCM thread that he's been using this mod:

to enhance the city view screen. The 6.0 download doesn't work and the thread's last post was in 2004. Does anyone here by chance have this download?

It appears in the apolyton link above, post #11 has a working download.

Edit, there is some non-working download links, but there are a bunch of working ones throughout the entire post.

Post #11 is for a pre-2.0 version. After a while the author starts linking to their own website for updated versions, but the links are dead as it is very old. For example, the links in posts 214 and 216 are dead.
