Request: Resource Specific buildings

Could someone (Rufus? Ukas?) make buildings for all resources, strategic and luxury? I know it's a bit big project...

They could be resource specific and require the resource in the city radius. They would add a big boost for the city.

They could also be used in the Age of Discovery scenario...:)

I will post the list of buildings (if someone is interested) when I get it ready...
 
So here's the list. Comments are welcome.

Strategic Resources:

Horses - Stables, horsemen every x turns (?)
Iron - Iron mine, +50% production
Saltpeter - ???
Coal - Coal mine, +50% production
Oil - Refinery??
Rubber - ???
Aluminum - ???
Uranium - ???
(Timber - Timberyard, +50% production)

Luxury Resources:

Wines - Vineyard, +50% taxes, 1 happy face
Furs - Furrier's, 2 happy faces
Dyes - Dye Merchant, +50% taxes, 1 happy face
Incense - ????
Spices - Spices Shop, +50% taxes, 1 happy face
Ivory - Poacher's :p ;)
Silks - Tailor's, +50% taxes, 1 happy face
Gems - Gem dealer, +50% taxes, 1 happy face
(Tobacco - Tobacco Plantation, ???)

I know, it is very incomplete and simple, but it is a good start... Please add something to it if you have ideas.
 
Most of the ideas doesn't seem reasonable to me, ie. coal mine - the coal it's not in the city, but usualy squares away, there is already a mine there, and it's already giving a bonus. etc.
However, some of these idea are fine and in fact, some are already done:
There is already Sawmill available, that's for Timber (conversion by PCH)
Refinery is a very good idea, it's done (by Drift I think)
Tobacco plantation - again, already done by Ukas (Slave plantation - but it is a tobacco plantation)
If you really need mines - mrtn converted 2 or 3 of them.
Also think of wonders ie. the common (and available) Silk Road.
I was trying to be helpful not only critical I hope ;)
 
I know it's a little wrong to have the mine in town, but I think the city that has the resource should have a bigger boost to production or something than some +2 commerence in that tile. Especially commerecial bonus should be bigger. I mean in real life they have..

I know I can change the coal to have more commerence, but it's more fun (in my opinion) to have these buildings.;) And in real life you have to build the mine.

And that coal/iron mine sould be a smeltery or a blacksmith if that's better;) Besides the Luxury resource buildings are more important for me. I didn't really think the Strategic buildings;)

Any other comments??
