You can add as many bonus resources as you want, however the strategic/luxuries together must not exceed the 32.Dear God in heaven, can I add only 32 strategic resources without adding any luxury or bonus resources and play without any bugs?

Just to clarify, exactly when does adding exactly 32*n bonus resources become necessary i.e. after how many strats/luxs?
