You start with Confidence Wary, and Economy Breaking even. You cant start with anything better.

OOC: Heres a brief explanation of Governments available.
Despotism.
An ancient form of dictatorship, but not necesarrily a military rule. A nation ruled by a type of Emperor generally accepted to be ruler of the nation, the ruler is usually decided through heriditary means however sometimes a person can become ruler through force, or money.
Ancient Monarchy.
Very similar to despotism, with one major exception.
The ruler is almost ALWAYS a heriditary King or Queen and the ruler claims he/she is ordained by God or the Gods as the case may be.
As a result the people tend to accept their leader better, and like them more.
Oligiarchy
The Oligiarchy is a unique form of government. If the Elves from Lord of the Rings really existed then their Government would be an Oligiarchy.
Each person in the nation is born into a House or Caste. House Royal (The ruling caste), House Mystic (The religious caste), House Serivtor(The servant caste), etc. And the person dedicated their life to their house and its pursutes.
Oliciarchies are also highly respectful of their environment therefore they waste a lot of resources by painstakingly avoiding damage to their environment.
In the Government sense it is a council made up of the leader of each house, and the council is led by the Speaker or King.
Oligiarchies become available to nations with a Tribalism religion at average level, and next turn.

Orders of Chimu:

Army and Navy movements, expansions:
- Send half army with settler to the north, in order to take/reach the southern PAN province and prevent a possible Mayan expansion in South America (very high priority).

- Send the other half of the Army together with another group of settlers that should expand in AMA close to the current Incan border. If Incan troops brake the NAP and attack the settlers, the Chimunian troops are supposed to fight back.

- Embark some settlers in the NAvy and send them to settle the Galapagos (GLP)

Settling:
- Settlers should be sent to BGT and should at least go as far as to encircle the PAN provice.

- Settlers sent to AMA, close to Incan border

- Settlers sent to that white piece between MIT and AMA

OOC: Okay your probably wondering how it all works. So ill tell you. Any upgrades to army navy airforce and spacefleet, as well as culture, economy, eduucation, and religion you all wish to do will decided on by me when they are completed. Ill try to be fair as possible.
Whereas troops movements, battles and expansion shall be decided on by erez87.
Erez does the hardest part I think. The map.
Remember you need to balance. This isnt exactly like RTOR NES 2 where u can just say "im upgrading to gigantic army" when you have a failing economy, while that is very fun to do it isnt really realistic. Thats a strong point in RTOR 2, its meant to be fun and unrealistic hehe. But here in RTOR 5 you can only have what you can support.
For example take the Chimu Empire. Last turn the sunk their economy into completing an upgrade from Small to medium army quickly, as well as do a good bit of expanding, so the result was a larger army and a significant expansion for them, but their economy fell to failing, so they will not be able to support a larger army and navy for long with their economy in that state, and as such if they dont repair the damage it will be lowered. Basically saying the Government will not be able to pay for their troops so the troops will desert...

Update 3800BC

OOC: You will all notice the change from 50 years to 100. Please note it was actually a mistake on my part while i was drunk last night and doing the update. It was originally meant to be 100 years. I have now edited the post appropriately.
Also you will notice on the first page that i have been nice to those who havent posted orders this turn and upgraded their economy. I wont always do this, please try to post daily. uknemesis since i know you arent able to post daily would you like to PM me and we can sort something out. Same goes for you jason for while your computer is buggered.

World Events.
Empire of Persia begins expansion into the Indus sub-continent. As a result local Indus Valley and Himalean tribes have united under the leader ship of Emperor Arya. This Indian Empire has announced its intention to prevent further "aggression" from the Empire of Persia. Emperor Cyrus the Great is expected to make a prompt response.

Trade between Carthage and Mali results in an explosion of rapid expansion. Carthage begins to claim lands in Europe. The Mali Kingdom now stretches from Carthages southern border almost to the Guinea Sea.

Mercenaries claiming to act in the name of Lower Egypt have attacked holdings in Upper Egypt. Pharoah Hathor has denounced these acts and distanced her Government from them.

The Kingdom of Pheonicia encounters heavy resistance around Byzantium, the defenders appear to be using some sort of metal weapons.

The Greek city states after many years of fighting have finally been united under King Phillip, thanks to his crafting of the new metal into advanced weapons. It is believed they supplied these weapons to Byzantium.

Korean tribes resist attempts by Great China to subjugate thier peninsula. It is believed a foreign power is supplying the tribals.

In the year of 3798 bc the old king Harald died and his son prince Olav Haraldson was the new king in Viking Empire.
Olav had heard roumors of an island in west that was called Iceland and he want to take control of this island, he also had hard about a pathetic nation in east that call them self Livonia and thay was in the way for his expansion plans.

To Livonia or what the grey nation in east are:
The new king in Viking Empire want to buy/get your northern part that it will be very important for the Vikings I can pay you good for it.

Build marketplaces in every towns to increase economy.
