Aargh, the Greek pantheon is under threat, need to vote strategically to save the two original 7 wonders!
To be fair, some great arguments are put forward and I can't downvote beauties like Angkor Wat, Paya, or Borobudur...
Which means...

Angkor Wat 25
Borobudur 24
Great Mosque of Djenné 17
Himeji Castle 20
Kremlin 17
Machu Picchu 23
Neuschwanstein 18
Notre-Dame 25
Parthenon 25
Porcelain Tower 3
Shwedagon Paya 25
Spiral Minaret 16
Statue of Liberty 13 16-3 Go away symbol of competitive individualism, MTV videos have paid enough tribute
Statue of Zeus 20+1=21 It will look magnificent and if it doesn't make the top 5 Zeus will smite you!
Taj Mahal 34
Temple of Artemis 17
University of Sankoré 16
Versailles 24

civviefan skipped LethalLeigh's votes. Porcelain tower is eliminated and Machu Picchu has 24 points.

Here are the current scores:

Great Mosque of Djenné 17
Himeji Castle 20

Shwedagon Paya 25
Spiral Minaret 16
Statue of Liberty 13
Statue of Zeus 21
Taj Mahal 34
Temple of Artemis 17
University of Sankoré 16
Versailles 24

Angkor Wat 25
Borobudur 24
Great Mosque of Djenné 17
Himeji Castle 20
Kremlin 17
Machu Picchu 24 + 1 = 25 An outstanding absence, this should be included in the game. Machu Picchu is a marvel of high standards.
Neuschwanstein 18
Notre-Dame 25
Parthenon 25
Shwedagon Paya 25
Spiral Minaret 16
Statue of Liberty 13
Statue of Zeus 21
Taj Mahal 34
Temple of Artemis 17
University of Sankoré 16 - 3 = 13 Nothing against this, but I think it's a bit behind on the list of priorities here.
Versailles 24

Angkor Wat 25
Borobudur 24
Great Mosque of Djenné 17
Himeji Castle 20
Kremlin 17
Machu Picchu 25
Neuschwanstein 18
Notre-Dame 25
Parthenon 25
Shwedagon Paya 25

Statue of Zeus 21
Taj Mahal 34
Temple of Artemis 17
University of Sankoré 13
Versailles 25 (24 + 1) -- The pinnacle of Baroque architecture and one of the most politically important buildings in Europe; should definitely be added.

Angkor Wat 26 (25+1) deserves to be in one of the top spots. Magnificent place if you just regard the temples alone. If you look at the surroundings as well, it's a mind blowing accomplishment.
Borobudur 24
Great Mosque of Djenné 17
Himeji Castle 20
Kremlin 17
Machu Picchu 22 (25-3) iconic, but not a wonder at all.
Neuschwanstein 18
Notre-Dame 25
Parthenon 25
Shwedagon Paya 25
Spiral Minaret 16
Statue of Liberty 10
Statue of Zeus 21
Taj Mahal 34
Temple of Artemis 17
University of Sankoré 13
Versailles 25

Angkor Wat 26
Borobudur 24
Great Mosque of Djenné 17
Himeji Castle 20
Kremlin 17
Machu Picchu 22
Neuschwanstein 19 (18 + 1) Everything else on this list was built for a serious political, religious, military purpose. This was a whimsy, which alone makes it unique and peculiar.
Notre-Dame 25
Parthenon 25
Shwedagon Paya 25
Spiral Minaret 16
Statue of Liberty 10
Statue of Zeus 21
Taj Mahal 31 (34 - 3) - Actually, I want everything on the list, but this one can afford the negatives...
Temple of Artemis 17
University of Sankoré 13
Versailles 25

Angkor Wat 26
Borobudur 24
Great Mosque of Djenné 17
Himeji Castle 20
Kremlin (17-3)=14 I doubt Firaxis can put the entire Kremlin and St. Basil's Cathedral in one tile. It's time for the confusion to end. I support putting St. Basil's in the game, but not under the name Kremlin.
Machu Picchu 22
Neuschwanstein 19
Notre-Dame 25
Parthenon 25
Shwedagon Paya 25
Spiral Minaret 16
Statue of Liberty 10
Statue of Zeus 21
Taj Mahal 31
Temple of Artemis 17
University of Sankoré (13+1)=14 It would go well with Mansa Musa/Mali in the game. Non-European sources of knowledge should get acknowledged as well.
Versailles 25

Angkor Wat 26
Borobudur 24
Great Mosque of Djenné 17
Himeji Castle 20
Kremlin 14
Machu Picchu 23 (22+1) Iconic, but not a wonder at all. Like almost everything else on this list..Beautiful doesn't mean a Wonder, but it means it is wonderful. Like almost everything else on this list.

Parthenon 25
Shwedagon Paya 25
Spiral Minaret 16

Angkor Wat 26
Borobudur 24
Great Mosque of Djenné 17
Himeji Castle 20
Kremlin 11
Machu Picchu 23
Neuschwanstein 20-3=17 It's beautiful but I'm downvoting for the same reason Boris upvoted it; it's too gimmicky.
Notre-Dame 25
Parthenon 25
Shwedagon Paya 25
Spiral Minaret 16
Statue of Liberty 10
Statue of Zeus 21
Taj Mahal 31
Temple of Artemis 17+1=18 Artemis, Diana, goddess of the hunt and fertility. Bring it on! p.s. have I mentioned it was one of the original 7 wonders? :)
University of Sankoré 11
Versailles 25

Angkor Wat 26

Neuschwanstein 17
Notre-Dame 25
Parthenon 25
Shwedagon Paya 25
Spiral Minaret 16
Statue of Liberty 10
Statue of Zeus 21
Taj Mahal 31
Temple of Artemis 18
University of Sankoré 11-3=8 - While certainly interresting, this is the wonder that interrests me least.
Versailles 25

Angkor Wat 26
Borobudur 24
Great Mosque of Djenné 18
Himeji Castle 20
Kremlin 11
Machu Picchu 23
Neuschwanstein 17
Notre-Dame 25
Parthenon 25

Statue of Zeus 21
Taj Mahal 31

Versailles 25

Angkor Wat 26
Borobudur 24

Notre-Dame 25
Parthenon 25
Shwedagon Paya 25
Spiral Minaret 16
Statue of Liberty 11
Statue of Zeus 21

Machu Picchu 24
Neuschwanstein 17
Notre-Dame 25

Shwedagon Paya 25
Spiral Minaret 16
Statue of Liberty 11
Statue of Zeus 21
Taj Mahal 31
Temple of Artemis 18
University of Sankoré 3 = 2 + 1
Versailles 25

Desperately swooping in to try to save the University of Sankoré, which I'd dearly like to see return. We have enough cathedrals and faith-type wonders - let's have a medieval centre of learning between the Great Library and Oxford!

As for the Parthenon, there is really no need to have both the Parthenon and the Temple of Artemis both, and the Artemis has the vote of the classical historians. Besides, every Civ game should have the 7 .

Angkor Wat 26
Borobudur 24
Great Mosque of Djenné 18
Himeji Castle 20
Kremlin 11
Machu Picchu 24 + 1 = 25 It is one of the 7 wonders of the modern world
Neuschwanstein 17
Notre-Dame 25
Parthenon 22
Shwedagon Paya 25
Spiral Minaret 16
Statue of Liberty 11
Statue of Zeus 21
Taj Mahal 31
Temple of Artemis 18
University of Sankoré 3 - 3 = 0 Eliminated. It's an interesting building, but at a lower level than the others on the list
Versailles 25

Angkor Wat 26
Borobudur 24
Great Mosque of Djenné 18
Himeji Castle 20
Kremlin 11
Machu Picchu 25
Neuschwanstein 17
Notre-Dame 26 (25 + 1) -- We need more Gothic cathedrals; Notre Dame de Paris is a start (but hopefully not a finish, as there are grander exemplars of the style, if not more iconic).
Parthenon 22
Shwedagon Paya 25
Spiral Minaret 16
Statue of Liberty 11
Statue of Zeus 21
Taj Mahal 31
Temple of Artemis 15 (18 - 3) -- "Fertility"? You know Artemis was chaste, right? And gave gruesome deaths to anyone who so much as had a passing crush on her? :p As I said before, there's nothing left of it but some ruined pillars; the Parthenon is still standing.
Versailles 25

Angkor Wat 26
Borobudur 24
Great Mosque of Djenné 18
Himeji Castle 20
Kremlin 8 (11 - 3) - Okay, all together now: St Basil's Cathedral, not the Blank Brick Facade across the square! Also, if you must have a symbol of modern Russian Government, the Lubyanka would probably be more appropriate...
Machu Picchu 25
Neuschwanstein 17
Notre-Dame 26
Parthenon 22
Shwedagon Paya 25
Spiral Minaret 16
Statue of Liberty 12 (11 + 1) A Wonder that could be used to encourage population points to leave one civilization for another: a unique form of 'Culture Bombing'?
Statue of Zeus 21
Taj Mahal 31
Temple of Artemis 15`
Versailles 25
