The Rising Sun Empire has collapsed into three "nations". Japanese Loyalists control Japan proper. The lack of order in Canada has lead to the rise of piracy in that area while the lone Chinese Warlord is isolated. Meanwhile, hardline Communists have taken power in Great Britain.

NPCs rundown

Canadian Pirates: Territorial. Really wouldn't mind gifts and will be grateful to those who gift XP, LP, armies, and navies to them.

Chinese Warlord: Territorial but willing to sell LP for XP. 1:1 Exchange rate

Great Britain: Isolationist. Territorial of Great Britain and Ireland.

Japanese Loyalists: Isolationist. Territorial of Japanese home island.

PM me if you want to deal with an NPC.

New players can ask to play an NPC nation.

Lets try... No. France can claim like everyone else. If they were actualy in the region I would consider it, but not on a vague SOI claim. Besides, whats 1 province out of 50? They can always buy it.

And I did charge you through the nose on the purchase. But like you said it was a buy out. I designed the corporation a bit like a confederacy, with no clear HQ or capitol. Its just like I moved our base of operations. To Havana.. Nice enough spot.

double A: why? Constantinople was the capital, a fairly large city, and a strategic highly defensible cultural, etc city. i expected to cost an arm and a leg.
