The Western European Union proposes the Treaty of Paris to the warring parties. The demands to Egypt are nothing less than unconditional surrender and surrendering of the territories east of the Nile to the Holy Land and for a Communist government to be installed in the four territories north of "core" Egypt. Egypt will have to dismantle any of its WMD programs and undergo demilitarization for five years (-10 in dice rolls).
In exchange, Yugoslavia, the WEU, Spain, and the Holy Land would be obligated to protect Egypt for 5 years.
Meanwhile, Maryland must release Libya which government will be replaced by one based on the tenets of English Socialism.

We want to spread English Socialism, or at least the tenets of Communism, global. This treaty will create two new Communist enclaves, keep Egypt alive, and give the Holy Land want they want. The alternative is Egypt is crushed under the boot heels of European soldiers and the war is brought to North America, upsetting the peace that has existed on that continent for eight years. Since we're not at war with the either side (but clearly leaning on the Holy Land's side), we believe our solution is the best for the time being.

No, you're thinking of dictatorship. We've had sporadic debates about this in my US History and now my US Foreign Policy classes. Both my teachers (one is Libertarian and the other is Populist) say that communism is a social plan that is tightly ruled by a dictator, and I value their opinions highly.

excuse me, i was taught what communism is at school. communism is a form of Government where everyone is Equal, sort of federal, and cares about the people.

English Socialism is mostly an economic system but one that ends up upsetting established political foundations (usually based on wealth) in every system it enters.

Seriously, though. It's a social policy. If it was a government system it wouldn't be about money it'd be about liberty.
So that means I can still have a Pharaoh and be socialistic (in a very twisted way with my crazy logic - granted it's not as crazy as Math's about becoming the Mathalama Empire).
The Pharaoh is the only defined aristocracy as of right now. You know, considering the revolution happened barely 15 years ago.
Terms I'll accept:
1) Socialism (ooc: gladly, since I want to get a chance to freaking roleplay as a Pharaoh who isn't at war)
2) Not giving the Holy Lands any part of Egypt proper. I'll give them anything not in actual Egypt. My people don't need (or want) to be brainwashed by loonies. I'll give the Suez canal to England, though.
3) A Ramses XII vs Fundamentalist 1v1 boxing match televised across the county
4) Maryland gets off lighter (give them some sort of XP compensation). All they were doing was honoring a defensive pact that Math conveniently ignored once his favorite nation (for unknown reasons) attacked me in the name of some guy that doesn't exist.
Everyone note I'm surrendering to England. Israel just happens to be on the same side as him.

the nation fo X has accepted the surrender. they are allowed to exist mainly in southeast Paacific islands, and become a vassal of Spain.
this news, incidentally, is bad news for Egypt, as X was forcing us to divide the military. now we dont. ever face 60 armies pharaoh?

We can't fight a prolonged battle against Spain. They have the power to annex us in a year. Sure, we could deal them serious blows before going down but in the end, we would still be wiped out. It's better to surrender to be able to fight another day.
