RFC: BtS Bug Reports

Rhye: I don't know what's going on, I played a couple more games as India, founding on the spot (Delhi), starting in Takshashila, and even moving to far-flung spots with my settler (starting off in Mumbai, or Patna). Shushan doesn't ever flip, and eventually, is taken by Babylon, either before or after Persia spawns. Those two civs then peacefully co-exist, as Babylon generally becomes as powerful as China (5 or 6 cities, no war before I quit).

Also, it seems the Romans have to found Mediolanum themselves- it doesn't show up otherwise. They've founded Ravenna and Genoa (that I've seen) sometimes, instead. Lugodunum sometimes spawns for the Celts, and sometimes doesn't.

All that I've ever added besides the 1.09 version was the dynamic Civ names. Could this be a problem?

For Shushan, it never flips to india, it only does to persia. As for rome... weird i just played as rome and Mendi was celtic, then it flipped to me. As for Lugo, ive never seen it be celtic, i either found it or dont, mendo is the only celtic city ive ever seen

Rhye: I also have a bug report. Everytime i switch civs (with or w/o the unlimited civ switch code) somehow the Wait till end of the turn option always gets disabled. It says its enabled but it automaticly ends turns unless i go into options, disable it and renable it

This is a Civ bug, rather than mine, because it happens whenever you switch civ by debug tool as well.
Firaxis knew of this problem; I thought they had fixed it during the development of BTS. Maybe you're playing vanilla/warlords?

what do you mean? There already are dynamic civ names.

then it's me. I don't know what I've done, Shushan will not flip.

I know. In my games as India (and only India, it seems), Shushan will not flip to the Persians, so they attack me very quickly (since they have no space between Independent/Babylonian Shushan and my Takshashila). Thus the problem.

This happens to me too and I am on BTS (but don't have warlords installed).

I had added the dynamic Civ names you had worked on and brought about around two months ago. Was that jdog's mod?

I don't know if it should be called a "bug" because we need to modify an .ini file to play a custom scenario, but, anyway, a triumphal arch will be built after we satisfy two of the three UHV conditions even if we disable Historical Victory, though the pedia says, "Historical Victory must be Enabled" in order for a triumphal arch to be built.

Minor bug, barely even noticeable and it doesn't seem to affect the game. I only saw it because I have Python debugging on. When you take Constantinopolis, a line of code in RFCUtils triggers that sets Byzantium's UHV to "off". Problem is, Byzantium doesn't have a UHV, so it creates a Python exception.

Code:

ERR: Python function onEvent failed, module CvEventInterface

I don't know if this bug is even worth fixing, since it doesn't have any real impact on the game.

got the following error playing as Incans in single player:

I am playing BTS RFC, and don't understand why I can't change civics during a Golden Age without going into anarchy?

I thought that this was allowed in BTS, was it disabled in RFC? Or is this a bug I am experiencing? Only when playing India (with its unique ability) can I ever change civics without going into anarchy in RFC.
