I never tried it, but I feel something strange with RFC EUrope: as far as I understand, there is a playable version, is there not ? Then, why is RFCE only available from this forum? Why not any post or any advertisement in the modpacks forum ?

Some time ago we were told that we will get our own download web-page when we read beta and we have not reached beta yet.
The current playable version is Alpha 5, but the thing is under constant development and there are new versions very often (almost every week).

I can understand that; but lot's of mods are under constant development and nevertheless have an official thread for advertising. I'm sure you could get a lot more feedback if more people played it.
In fact, I may be wrong but it just seems to me that this project has been worked on for so long that, even if the actual version is alpha, it should be playable. But I haven't even a clue what this mod is, since there is no clear easily accessible description of the mod anywhere; perhaps you could at least add that somewhere ?
