Probably a wonder with this could enable all religious civis.

IMO we should change the palace Art, because if you compare it to the Summer Palace, it looks very silly. I propose the last picture of the 2nd row of jessiecats post. (354)
If you mean the BTS palace (see screenshot), I agree. It is silly.

Yours though is interesting as it applies to tolerance of Judaism. We thought about the Jewish Quarter of Cracow as something like that too. Though that seems to have become a city building instead.
I put in the generic "Jewish Quarter" as the +money% building that you can build if Judaism spreads to one of your cities. It is supposed to represent the role of Jews in Medieval Europe as money-lenders. That certainly doesn't preclude a wonder based on one of the more famous Jewish Quarters.
So from the to-do list I'll continue with:
Leonardo's Inventions: I'd prefer it to give +1 free artist, +1 free engineer and +50% production in the city, doesn't strike me as a religious wonder such as University of Sankore.
Temple Mount: Is it the jewish shrine, or just a money generator?
Gardens of Al Andalus: ok, same as Hanging Gardens, I like that as it is.
Magellan's Voyage: +1 movement to all naval units? Couldn't it be better replacing Colossus from BTS?
East Africa is a National Project (not a World one). Is that supposed to happen?
OK, here is the upload.

All wonders I have by now. I think everything including buttons and movies is correct. East Africa fixed also.
Added at the last moment two ideas I had just last night:
Marco Polo's Embassy (with Literature, +2 silk, +3 trade routes in that city, +1 free merchant, obsolete with astronomy; graphics of the Doge's Palace)
L'Encyclopedie (world project, with Right of Man, equivalent to the Internet - gives any tech discovered by two other civs)
Hope you like it.
