This is my first attempt to make RFC with Celts into a multiplayer mod. You will find some similarities with the single player version (all civs selectable, autoplay) and some with the multiplayer version (no mercenaries, no congresses).
This is still a beta release because I have not yet written new UPs for civs (like the Celts and Ethiopians) that lost theirs when some features were disabled.
I'm having some trouble testing this in MP for lack of people willing to help me test it. This thread is for discussion of bugs and issues. I'm particularly interested in resolving crippling OOS errors. My understanding is that they will never be completely eliminated from multiplayer mods, especially ones this elaborate, but I'm hoping their occurrence is not significantly more frequent than with Rhye's own MP version.
I'm not sure what happens if two people try to autoplay at the same time, but I had good luck testing with a friend by having the player desiring the earliest civ to run the autoplay, and the next player taking over the AI after his desired civ's spawn turn.
I have only tested this using Internet games. If you have success with other methods (or problems), please talk about it here (with as much information as possible regarding your settings, etc).
