Rhye's and Fall of the Triumvirates

Urgh, fine, I'm gonna play Carthage until it's dead, but we still need a permanent replacement for the other two civs in its team.

Well I just think that there is little that any Carthage player could do now to affect the outcome of the war. And a replacement would just have to play 5-10 turns and then wait months before getting another civ to use, so increasing the likelihood of needing to find another replacement again at that time.

Better off packaging up Spain and Mongolia as 2 civs to play together later when they have a chance. Also they could perhaps get a 50% boost or something in score as they only have 2 civs...

ok, sorry, that took a while, but here's the save for whomever is playing Japan.
Also sorry that as much as I'm thrilled by an RFC MP game, I can't dedicate to a game right now. I would just further mess up your turn pace, which seems to have been problematic anyways.

If someone wants to forward the save by mail, welcome, I was not told an address where to send it.

Thanks for the turn Miguelitus.

GPS turn 122 to Academia as Ethiopia.

Now I guess we need some new blood.

Host?

Imp has been AWOL for a week or so now. I last played a turn ages ago in this... I wonder if it is sitting with Rome?

I am confused. Where is the turn now and what player is supposed to control its civ?

Apparently t122 was sent to Ethiopia on the 21rst of July. After that no one knows

i played that turn, and sent the file to tigranes on july 22nd

Well, it marked as July 21 in my inbox, and it is turn 123, not 122. But regardless, my Sent folder shows a file sent to Greece on July 22, more than 1 month ago.

I sent 123 to imp on the 23rd (for Carthage)

Yes yes, I just have no idea who I am supposed to send the turn to.

As administrator of this game I hereby enact the following two house rules, effective immediately:

*You may only change the civics of a civ if you have more espionage points against them than they have against you.

*If a human is the vassal of another human, the master may demand one resource as tribute every turn. If the vassal does not comply they must break the capitulation at the soonest opportunity. The vassal may cancel every such tribute as soon as the game allows, meaning a master can only have a maximum of 10 resources sent for free by their vassal at any one point unless the vassal sends them voluntarily.

Yeah, #2 should become standard house rule for any pbem. I can live with #1, but it is very hard to track and enforce, would require multiple screenshots depending which turn it is. At least every one in game can see if someone got Great Spy.

Imp you sent me t122 not 123 please resend (it's the one REM sent you on the 23rd of july, as is shown in post 452)
