the best suggestion I can give is to do proceed step by step, implementing a single feature and posting the alpha for download, and so on.

I'm ashamed to say I got a bit distracted by other projects after my exams were over. But I'll have quite a bit of free time next week so I'm going to finally get going with the xml.

I don't think it's dead. I would describe it as 'dormant' at the moment. I'm not going to have real time to work on it until late March, which is probably when the next map update will come out. Beyond the map... I'm not really sure what else should be done. I may not be the best person to lead this thing at the moment.

To be honest it's not coordination we lack it's legwork. Part of that is my fault I admit. But Rome wasn't built in a day and I haven't for my part I haven't abandoned this. So, like st.lucifer says, dormant.

I was trying to get the DLL to compile for ZZZ. It's difficult.

I'm all for it, but my coding skills are limited to writing maps. We're still waiting on DLL and XML files, and when we've got those in some sort of working form, we can start moving again. I'll have a lot more time available from June onwards; it may be possible for me to learn enough code that I can assign myself something to do.

ZZZ has gone quiet but I've been poking around the python and the c++ lately to try and familiarise myself with it.
I can just quote myself.
But i can tell you that i have my last exam on tuesday and then only one oral test a month later. Due to the fact that i have no school anymore now, i have a lot of free time and from my point of view we can get things running then a bit faster.
Hope the core members of this project are still on it, when i come back.
