Rhye's Terrain Graphics Modpack

I was encouraged to register just to reply that Rhye's graphic set, IMHO, are the best I've come across! I switched from Sn00py's when I saw Rhye's irrigation(Sn00py's always overlapped over my cities whenever they reached size 13+)& added Cassembler's thin roads w/Hunter's terrain buildings.

But irrigation isn't mine, it is a little modified version of Zeb Fisher's and Dark Sheer's.

So, you registered the account only for irrigation or you like something else, too?

I've been a regular visitor to the site for months but yours is the first major graphic mod I downloaded...BTW...how do you post a pic to the signature?

Are you able to somehow use this terrian mod in the conquest games or other mods?

Yes, you can, Chauliodus. You can either overwrite the art\terrain files or mod the conquests and add the directory to the search paths in them

Yeah, that's how I did it...I don't even bother saving the original terrain files anymore. Once I saw Sn00py's terrain the original seemed so mundane in comparison. Then I found Rhye's Terrain ! I use it on epic & mod.

I very much disagree with you, but everyone is intitled to an opinion. I am going to use the basis of this terrain for my mods. All of them I have planned for the moment.

That is not saying Sn00py's is bad, I just prefer Rhye's, it is more pleasing to the eyes I think. That is my opinion.

Even if you don't like Rhye's then you should get Sn00py's or Warpstorm's because the original graphix really blow.

I've seen lots of things here I don't like, but I've never told anyone their work sucks. Give constructive criticism, or none at all, otherwise you'll just ruin the nice atmosphere here.

tjedge, can you tell me if you see that sea edges now? I couldn't see them so I can't tell if it's correct now

My only complaint is that I think the plains are much too dark...But otherwise good!
