I'll try another for the sake of having something on here:

A father and his son were driving one day when the front tyre blew out, sending them into a nearby tree. Both father and son were injured, but were sent to different hospitals. As the boy went into theatre, the surgeon looked at him, turned around to the head nurse and said "I can't operate on this boy, he's my son". How is this possible...
