Rise and Fall preload?

Hi everyone, with the expansion almost releasing I just had one doubt. Is there anyway rise and fall can be preloaded like when the game first released or do we have to wait until it releases to begin downloading?

I haven't seen anything about a preload, but it will be out in an hour or two (I've seen conflicting info on exactly how long from now)

The patch notes say "This patch is only for the Civilization VI base game and is being released prior to the “Rise and Fall” expansion. Please note that this update does not include the “Rise and Fall” expansion. Civilization VI: Rise and Fall will be available to download at 00:00 ET on 2/8/18."

Steam says "This game will unlock in approximately 1 hour".
