Rise of Man 2.91 loading issues

Every time that I try to load my save file the game crashes right as the progress bar says finished. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Do you have another version of RoM or AND in your Mod folder? That will sometimes cause this loading problem.

Another thing to do is hold down the Shift key will the Mod is Loading. This clears the cache and keeps the mod from trying to use an ini file or other archived data that doesn't pertain to RoM.

I don't think I have another version since Ive only downloaded 2.91, and the holding down shift didn't appear to help either. But I only have trouble loading saves that occur around 0 AD. before that I can load saves fine
