New Sponsor Bonuses:
Brasila: War Score points increased by 30%. Gain 1 Diplomatic Capital for each unit killed combat.
Kavithan Protectorate: Culture and Energy costs to aquire new City plots are reduced by 30%.
African Union: 10% Food in growing Cities when Healthy. All Specialist Citizens produce 1 extra yield.

Biomes:
Lush: more Aliens but weaker
Arid: Less Aliens but stronger
Fungal: Aliens heal faster in Miasma
Frigid: Aliens also stay closer to their nest and don't wander around as much.

Other Information:
Option to make all Sponsors start in water

Tooltips for the various Relationship levels

COOPERATIVE - New Agreements are available, and previously available agreements are more effective. Factions can trade basic yields and Strategic Resources. Factions share open borders.

SANCTIONED - Trade between factions is suspended

I couldn't find the Allied one and not sure what the Neutral one "techncially does"

Today's IGN livestream showed the tool tips for an alliance.

Allied
New agreements are available and previous agreements are more effective
Trade between factions is more effective
If one faction goes to war, the other automatically goes to war

From the "Effects of Relationship Thread" someone caught the tooltip for Allied state.

Frontier Stadium- +10 City Defense. Military Units begin with a free promotion.

Colossal Alien Fungus- Fungal biome quest- 15% Food carried over after city growth.

Chungsu trait is

Gain 1/1/2 free spies (start with one, get another at tier 3) and 10/15/30 science per successful Operation.

That's 10/15/30 per agent rank, actually. So level 3 agents fulfilling a mission while the trait is at level 3 get 90 science.
