sorry. i'm so used to waiting for PMs with orders, that i didnt realize to check that all of you that could do a tactical move had posted orders on the thread (i knew some had, just didnt connect with the fact that it was everyone).
here it is. i think everything is right. had to hex edit the file, so there could be an error, but i dont think there is. if you see anything you think is wrong, tell me, i'll check and fix.

so, now waiting for reinforcement orders.

PS. Just curious cuz' I've never had a definite ruling on this: Is Ontario connected to Greenland, the Northwest Territory or none at all?
Because if it is then it is a more effective northeast rallying point for PC Risk games then Quebec which can only move three armies per round, I think.

Awwww just bash through China and surge into Siam, not like it's difficult or anything. Then next round we can match the strength of our local garrisons head on.

With the current luck rating going on you might rule Australia or sumthin... ;^_^=.
really if you could duplicate the luck from the round I lost 16 more then you... gaaah! Then yes, you'll easily smash the Chinese garrisons, take Siam and win a major victory against the Indonesians as they charge out in desperation of being threatened and happiness of being unlocked.

not sure. will check when i get to work tomorow. i think it is though, i think greenland is connected to 3 of the american territories and iceland.
