Well, it will be hard for us to sign a defensive pact with the nation that almost destroyed us, however we will sign with you a permanent Non Aggression Pact and a Friendship Pact (which will be changed into a Defensive Pact after 4 turns, this is so we can be sure you are not playing tricks on us), however should alliance be signed beween us, our alliance with Cartaghe and Italy will have priority over that, I hope you will understand this.

The tzar, after the lost in the war, desided on an economic plan, and didn't wished for more war.

You did however attack me unprovocked and declared war on my small nation for taking back territory rightfully mine. If you wish to see the undefended Moscow in flames dont negotiate peace. If you dont wish for Britain to have Russian lands very well, we will swap East Prussia(58) for the barren peace of land weve taken. The Prussian people are ethnically very similar to British and are sick of Russia's oppression and aggression since their homeland was raped by you, we are prepared to liberate them or burn Moscow.

How dare you say this is a declaration of war, you declared war and attacked us many years ago if you need help to remeber i could find a few quotes for you, peace was never declared between our 2 nations and yours never made any offers for peace so I assumed your aggressive impreiralistic war against my nation was still being fought. i understand that you are still trying to figure out who's at peace/war with who, but does it have to take this long?
